You can do a lot of things in Hyde Park Village. Attend the Fresh Market held every first Sunday of the month. Buy cute outfits for your pets. Visit historic Tampa eateries. And now, you will be able to stay in there overnight. A boutique hotel will open in Hyde Park Village soon.
According to the Tampa Bay Times, hotel franchise Palisociety, will open a hotel in Hyde Park Village at 1509 W Swann Avenue. The hotel will be above the On Swann restaurant. The hotel won’t change the shape or style of the building as there are to be only 36 rooms.

“The only thing you can’t currently do in Hyde Park Village is spend the night,” said president of WS Development Samantha David in a statement. “And we are excited for that to change.” WS Development is the real estate company that owns and manages Hyde Park Village.
What is Palisociety?
Palisociety is an independent hotel management company. Palisociety was founded in 2007 by Avi Brosh. The company focuses on neighborhood-centric hotels with fewer than 125 rooms. They take a highly customized and proprietary approach to programming, branding, design, and operational strategy. They currently operate in Miami, Portland, Seattle and several cities in California. Along with Tampa, they are also opening new hotels in Albuquerque and New Orleans.
