With National Senior Citizens Day coming up on August 21, a brand-new community in the Mango/Seffner area is opening its doors to Tampa Bay seniors looking for a welcoming place to call home.
Casa di Francesco, a 55+ apartment community developed by Blue Sky Communities and managed by Carteret Management, is designed with both comfort and connection in mind.
New resident Patti Spangler shared what makes the community special:
“The management team is very helpful and friendly. They do an excellent job to assist tenants in any way possible to ensure a pleasant environment. Daily activities are available if you want to join in—or you can relax in the community garden under a giant oak tree, read a book, or plant your favorite flowers or vegetables. I’m very happy to call Casa di Francesco home. You could be too.”
Residents enjoy a variety of amenities that encourage both wellness and social connection, including a clubhouse with a fitness room, library, craft room, picnic area, walking trail, and community garden.
