Want To Be the Voice of TPA This Summer?

Voice of TPA contest launches for a third year!

Tampa International Airport is offering one lucky winner a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to greet passengers for the entire month of July as the voice of the Airport shuttles. The contest/fundraiser goes towards supporting the United Way Suncoast. The winner’s voice will be heard all throughout the shuttles that transport travelers to their gate at TPA.

Voice of TPA Contest

The Voice of TPA Contest also doubles as a fundraiser that supports the United Way Suncoast. Currently, Mayor Jane Castor has a recorded message that plays for passengers arriving and departing Tampa. But for the month of July, a lucky Tampa citizen will get to greet and say goodbye to visitors.

Last year’s Voice of TPA winner, Coretta Youmans, shared that winning this contest felt like an opportunity she had dreamed about for a long time. Read more about her experience by clicking HERE

Here’s how it works:

A $5 donation will get you entered in the contest, but the more you donate, the better your odds. All proceeds will go to United Way Suncoast, supporting its mission of providing food, financial help and educational support to those in need in the Tampa Bay community. Participants must be at least 18 years of age to enter the contest and the shuttle recording must be done on-site at Tampa International Airport.

The contest runs from May 8, through May 31.

The winner’s name will be drawn at random and announced on social media on June 1, 2023.
